Ok so you've probably already noticed, but I have changed the menu system.  All the same links that were in the left-hand menu are now in drop-down menus across the top of the site.  The idea is that this gives greater capacity to expand the site without having a huge left hand menu.  In fact it's likely that the left-hand menu will eventually disappear altogether.

 

The main menu headers are themselves links, and the menu items in the drop-downs are further links to related pages.
